OUr 6 step process:

1.Inspect Dumpster PadFirst We Inspect the Dumpster Pad for what needs to be done first. 

2.Remove Bulk Debris:

We Clean up all lose bulk debris using Shovels and Rakes. We put the trash into the Dumpsters. 

3. Spray Degreaser:

We use Commercial Grade Degreasers with dwell time to remove loosen Grease. 

4.Surface Clean Pad:

We use Large Deck Surface Cleaners to scrub the Concrete around the Dumpsters in side of the Pad, as well as too the Fire line in front of the Pad. 

5.Rinse:

We Rinse out the Dumpster Pad and Wash down the Walls, Dumpsters, Other Containers, and Gates. Pushing all the debris to our Oil Socks at the Drain. We follow Texas Clean Water Act. 

6.Verify Pad was Clean:

We inspect under the structures excluding the Dumpsters to verify the job was a success. We look where the owner doesn't.
